Update docs/modules/ROOT/pages/references/changelog.adoc

Update the version number (e.g. v0.29.0) in the following files (mandatory):

Optionally update the version number in the following files:

Create a pull request with the updated version. Once it has been reviewed and approved, merge it to master

Tag the merged commit (e.g. v0.29.0)

Push the tag

Create a new release via the GitHub release page, naming it the same as the version number - e.g. v0.29.0. Ensure to state what’s new in the release

Set back the release to latest in docs/antora.yml

Set back the target_revision to master in modules/variables.tf
